Lotus Real Estate Partners, LLC is an Orange County based investment and development firm that pursues opportunistic and value-add real estate equity and debt investments. Lotus was formed to capitalize on current market conditions and provide superior, risk-adjusted returns to investors by executing an entrepreneurial, value-creation investment strategy in target markets throughout Southern California.

Lotus’s founding partner has an established track record investing on behalf of institutional capital for over 13-years, including leadership positions at premier real estate operating companies. This includes acquiring or developing over 10-million square feet of real estate investments in major markets throughout the United States across all primary asset types.

Leadership

Brian directs the business and investment strategy for Lotus. His 13 years of experience includes leading roles in acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, development and capital raising. Prior to founding Lotus, Brian served as Senior Vice President with CT Realty Investors, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing CT’s Southern California Investment Strategy. Prior to joining CT, Brian served as Principal for Spring Hill Capital Partners, LLC, an independent merchant bank focused on commercial real estate and structured finance. In this capacity he helped establish an institutional real estate investment platform targeting value-add debt and equity investments. Previously, Brian was a Vice President for Taconic Investments Partners, LLC, a New York City based developer/operator focused on the development and redevelopment of office, multifamily and urban retail/mixed-use properties. Brian began his career with ING Clarion, a national real estate advisory firm where he pursued property acquisitions for public and private pension funds and offshore investors.

Brian graduated from Providence College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
